DokunSay Dotted Number Rods is an innovative teaching set designed to support mathematical concepts from preschool to grades 1–2 through a multi-sensory approach. It presents number concept, counting, number relations and the four operations in a concrete, interactive learning process.
The rods for 1–10 follow number-line logic; blue and red counters fit into the slots on each rod, so quantity is grasped by touch and sight while the shift between concrete and symbolic representation is supported.
Contents: two ten-frames and a 1–5 rod usable as a five-frame; two sets of 0–20 number counters; 50 blue and 50 red counters; skip-counting counters in fives and tens (grouping up to 100); operation and equals counters.
The activity book shipped with the set contains many activities and games; matching animated presentations and an online user guide are sent by e-mail after purchase.
The set uses the three representations of the Triple-Code Model (symbolic, verbal, analogue) together and targets the core components of number sense (magnitude, order, benchmarks, estimation). It adapts to classroom and home use by teachers and families.

Number tablets combining digit, number word and dot pattern on one surface; their effect on preschool arithmetic was studied in published research (Mutlu, 2018).

Analogue clock material separating the hour and minute hands by colour and layer. Clock-reading difficulty is an early sign of dyscalculia (Mutlu & Korkmaz, 2020).
